What Exactly Do You Fix? (Repair Scope)

If it has a cord or a battery, can you fix it?

I always say: If it has a cord or a battery, I’ll take a gander. While I’m a sucker for nostalgia, my tools are just as busy with the tech of today. Here’s a better look at what I can do for you:

  • 💻 Modern Computing & Gaming:
    • Custom PC Builds: From 'office sleepers' to high-end liquid-cooled gaming rigs.
    • Upgrades & Maintenance: SSD swaps, RAM upgrades, and deep-cleans (because Alberta dust is no joke).
    • Laptop Surgery: Broken screens, dead batteries, or keyboards that met a cup of coffee.
  • 💾 Vintage & Retro Restoration:
    • The Legends: Apple II, Commodore 64/128, Amiga, and early IBM PCs.
    • Console Revivals: GameBoys, NES, SNES, and anything that needs a "second wind."
    • Recapping & Restoration: Saving boards from leaky capacitors before they’re gone for good.
  • 📱 Mobile & Handheld Tech:
    • The Now: Screen and battery replacements for your Pixel, iPhone, or Samsung.
    • The Then: Recovering photos off that old flip phone or Nokia you found in a drawer.
  • 🔬 Precision Micro-Soldering:
    • This is my bread and butter. If a charging port is ripped off, a trace is blown, or a chip needs replacing, I do the 'micro-surgery' that most big shops won't even touch.
  • 🧸 Collectibles & "The Weird Stuff":
    • High-end electronic toys, animatronics (think Teddy Ruxpin or Furby), and vintage RC gear. If it’s precious to you and it’s stopped moving, bring it in.
